The word is bold, brash and a statement in of itself. CXNT is a brand that is as powerful as the word it represents. The Story of CXNT
For many years I have not only witnessed the trauma and heartbreak that depression and anxiety can bring. The crushing effects it has on lives, the power to even end some. I have had my own dealings with it over the years, on more than one occasion. At my worst I was nearly hospitalised, so believe me, when I say I understand the power and effect it can have on anyone one of us. It doesn't discriminate, an illness so powerful it can crumble even the strongest of us.
For me, speaking out and taking accountability was key. Facing some decisions I had made head-on and finding solutions helped me overcome the issues I had with myself. Channeling your negativity is key and trying to find ways to be productive is one of the ways I was able to overcome my own demons.
There is no single answer to this problem, that mental health can be overcome by simply goal setting. BUT what I am saying is that no matter how big, how strong, how successfu.... it can still get you, MH doesn't discriminate. It takes great strength to address a problem, and even greater strength to put actions in place to overcome this.
I want you to know, and to appreciate you are NOT alone, and more people than you realise are struggling day to day, in all walks of life.
